“We are heartbroken to announce that 12 members of the Camden County community have been taken by COVID-19. Our thoughts and prayers are with their families and loved ones during this tremendously difficult period,” said Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “The longer we study this virus, the better we have come to understand how it spreads. The absolute best way to protect yourself and others is to wear a mask in public and maintain at least six feet in distance from the nearest person. These simple steps dramatically reduce the virus’ ability to spread. If we continue to take these painless, preventative steps, we can save lives and lessen the impact coronavirus has on our community moving forward.”
