103 New COVID-19 Cases Identified in Camden County Friday

(Gloucester Township, NJ) – The Camden County Department of Health is announcing 82 new positive cases of COVID-19 which occurred Friday, Feb. 10. Additionally, there were 21 cases detected through antigen testing, bringing the total number of cases 103. The aggregate number of confirmed positive cases in Camden County to 137,451 and 1,781 total fatalities. 

 

The outcomes from these antigen tests, unlike the results from the polymerase chain reaction, (PCR) are probable positive cases. These daily numbers are added into our aggregated lab tested PCR metrics.

Of the 82 cases, 12 are among patients under 18 years old. The average age of the newly infected is 45 years old.

To date, 427,388 Camden County residents have received at least one of the COVID-19 vaccine, 382,702 have received two doses and 253,321 have received a third dose. The county Health Department is continuing to closely track new cases of COVID-19 and information regarding the prevalence of the Omicron variant. New cases are often reassigned to other municipalities over the course of an investigation.
