To improve the quality of life for individuals and their families by supporting community access to health, human, and social services, through comprehensive information and referral systems, supporting the efforts of volunteers, volunteer services, and corporate volunteer activity, by coordinating volunteerism in the community, and providing for the safe housing needs of senior citizens in ways that prevent homelessness or institutional placement.
