(Lindenwold, NJ) – The Department of Public Works will begin making emergency repairs to Tansboro Road in Winslow Township beginning tomorrow. The project will shut down the entire stretch of road between Factory Road and Route 73. Motorists will be detoured via Coopers Folly and Hayes Mill Road.

“Motorists should be aware of this closure and plan a different route if traveling in the area of Tansboro Road,” said Shin Angulo, liaison to the Camden County Department of Public Works. “If you’re going to be utilizing the detour that will be in place, please be aware that this may cause additional traffic, extra congestion and sudden stops. Give yourself extra time to reach your destination and drive safely.”

Traffic in both directions will be detoured during the repairs, though residencies along Tansboro Road will remain accessible at all times.

At this juncture construction is slated to be completed on Friday, July 28, but could be extended depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen variables.
