The Sheriff's Office Underwater Search and Recovery Team, commonly referred to as the "Dive Team", has been available to Camden County law enforcement since September of 1992. They have a fully equipped rescue van, tri-hull boat with trailer and are available 24 hours a day. They are trained in underwater search procedures, night diving, recovery of cadavers, evidence and vehicles and also blackwater/zero visibility diving. This team may be requested by calling Central Communications and advising them of the nature of the request at (856) 783-1333.
