NOTE:   The Gloucester City Police Department and the Camden County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in locating Charles Strohm. Charles was reported missing by a family member on December 23, 1999. The circumstances surrounding the case indicate that Charles had left his residence that day and has not been seen or heard from since. Charles has a mental disability and has threatened suicide in the past. His family has tried many different avenues to locate him or obtain any clues as to his disappearence, but to no avail. One of the area that Charles might be heading towards is Texas. If you have any contact with this individual, please have him contact his family.

Charles is described as a white male, approximately 6'0" tall, weighing 150 lbs., thin build, blue eyes and gray/white hair with a mustache.
