JOHN DOE On  December 16, 1999, the body of an unknown male was found floating in the river near 10th and State Streets in Camden City, New Jersey. As of the date of this poster, this male is yet unknown. Investigators are seeking assistance with identifying this victim. He stood 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighed 113 pounds, and had wavy dark brown hair and brown eyes. He wore blue coveralls with a red "Dickies" patch and a black sweatshirt with the words "Pelle Pelle". There were no identifying marks or scars on his body. Authorities estimate he was between 25 and 35 years old.
