Unidentified Caucasian Female Located on October 26, 1991 in Warren City, New Jersey Approximately 17 - 19 years old by coroner's estimation Cause of death is unknown. The victim may have been deceased since early October 1991. Her nickname is Tiger Lady, inspired by her tiger tattoo.

Vital Statistics
The victim was approximately 4'10 - 5'2 and weighed 95 - 110 pounds. Her hair may have been dyed light brown or ash blonde. X-rays and dental charts are available.
The victim had a tattoo of a Bengal tiger on her left calf, inspiring the nickname Tiger Lady. Both of her ears were pierced; her left ear was pierced four times. No clothing was found with the victim.
Her partially decomposed body was discovered in a wooded area off of Route 94 in Knowlton Township, Warren City, New Jersey. This area is also the exit off of Interstate 80 near the Delaware Water Gap.
