Request Replacement Vote by Mail Ballot

After October 31, 2017, the County Clerk’s Office will be unable to accept requests for replacement ballots by mail, email or fax for the 2017 General Election. The ballots will not be able to reach you in time since they would have been sent via the US Postal Service.

Replacement ballots can only be issued in person at the Camden County Elections & Archive Center, 100 University Court, Blackwood NJ, 08012 during the following hours through 3:00 pm November 6, 2017:

Regular Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm

Extended Hours:
Wednesday, November 1, 2017, 7am to 7pm
Saturday, November 4, 2017, 9am to 3 pm

 

If you have been issued a ballot by the County Clerk’s Office, and you need a replacement ballot, you must request another ballot in writing with a signature.

If you are unable to appear in person to receive a replacement ballot, a messenger can be used to pick up your ballot for you. You must designate the person the Authorized Messenger on the form. this messenger shall be a family member or a registered voter of Camden County.  The messenger can not be a Candidate in this election or serve as a messenger for more than THREE voters in this election.

Common reasons to request a replacement ballot are:

  • You never received your ballot
  • Your ballot is ripped, torn or damaged
  • Your ballot was not voted correctly
  • Your ballot was misplaced
