Health Nuisances/Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Housing Program:
The purpose of this program is to maintain public health standards
throughout the community. The State/Local Cooperative Housing Program
investigates multiple dwelling complaints. The Public Health Nuisance
Program deals with complaints involving trash and debris, raw sewage,
