Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli Jr. and Freeholder Jeffrey L. Nash (foreground)
celebrate Earth Day, April 22, with the opening of the newly widened walking path around approximately five miles of Cooper River Park.
They are joined by park users (from left) Jerica Kudrat of Voorhees, Evelyn Lu of Haddonfield, Paul Butler of Collingswood and Candis Calaf of Marlton.
The improvements were designed to accommodate the thousands of joggers, walkers and bike riders who make this park one of the most active in South Jersey.
