Free Senior Citizen
Legal Workshops are planned for the Camden County Store at the Echelon
Mall in Voorhees and the Cherry Hill Public Library located at 1100
North Kings Highway in Cherry Hill.
These workshops, sponsored by the Camden County Board of Freeholders
and cooperating agencies, enable Camden County residents 60 and
over to acquire free, at no cost, a Last Will and Testament,
an Advance Directive for Health Care (Living Will), and a
Power of Attorney.
Advance
Directive for Health Care (Living Will)
Participants who wish to prepare an Advance Directive for Health
Care (Living Will), will need
to
provide their name, address, phone number and the names and addresses
of their health care representatives.
Last
Will and Testament
Participants who wish to prepare a Last Will and Testament, will
need to provide the lawyer with the following: name, address, phone
number, executor, alternate executor, cash bequests, and the names
of the residuary and successor beneficiaries of their estate. Please
note that the wills prepared through this program are conventional
(simple) wills. We do not do wills for people who need life estates,
trusts, guardianships or that exclude spouses.
Power
of Attorney
Participants who wish to prepare a Power of Attorney will need to
provide the following: name, address, phone number, social security
number, the names, addresses and phone number of their appointed
agent and alternate agent.

Participants
are required to be Camden County residents aged 60 and over. Workshop
are limited to 35 participants per session on a "first come,
first serve" basis. Pre-registration is also required.
