NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Camden, New Jersey, will conduct a public cry auction for the sale of the following surplus property:
Parcel #1: 152 Ohio Avenue, Clementon, New Jersey, Block 54, Lot 3.01, consisting of approximately 1.405 acres. This property is also known as the Rutgers Extension Building.
Parcel #2: 327-329 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey, Block 75, Lot 25, consisting of approximately 0.0534 acres. This property is also known as the PBA Building.
Parcel #3: 4401 Madison Avenue, Pennsauken, New Jersey, Block 4608, Lot 16, consisting of approximately 0.720 acres. This property is also known as the Camden County Morgue Building.
Parcel #4: 2311 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, New Jersey, a portion of Block 261, Lot 1; Block 262, Lot 1; Block 263, Lot 1; and / or Block 264, Lot 9 & 10, consisting of approximately between 8 and 10 acres. This property is also known as a portion of the Charles DePalma Complex.
Parcel #5: Corner of Salina Road and Blackwood Road, Blackwood, New Jersey, Block 12302, Lot 1; consisting of approximately 130+/- acres. This property is also known as a portion of the Lakeland Complex.
The public auction shall be held on Friday February 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Camden County Regional Emergency Training Center located at 420 Woodbury-Turnersville Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012
