Division of Planning:

The Camden County Division of Planning is responsible for the regional transportation of Camden County. County Planning works closely with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) for the improvement of transportation mobility and safety on the regional road network. The Planning Division plays an important role as the conduit for federal funding of highway projects in Camden County.

Incidental to regional transportation planning, the division provides support to a host of various other government agencies including municipalities and authorities for a broad range of programs including: the NJ Work First Program, the Camden County Open Space Trust Fund, the U.S. Census and state and federal economic development grants. The Planning Division also provides administrative and technical support to the Camden County Planning Board.
