May 13, 2006

Acting Camden County Prosecutor James P. Lynch, Camden Police Executive Robert L. Stewart and James Plousis, U.S. Marshal for the District of New Jersey, reported today that a 23-year-old man was arrested on Friday, May 12, on a warrant charging him with Murder in a fatal shooting May 5 in Camden, N.J.

Members of the U.S. Marshal’s New York/New Jersey Fugitive Task arrested Michael Sanchez, a.k.a. Roberto Lebron, at approximately 4:45 p.m. Friday at a residence in Northeast Philadelphia where
investigators tracked him. Sanchez was being held in Philadelphia pending extradition to Camden County. No court appearances are scheduled at this time.

The victim, Donshea Horsey, 22,of Philadelphia, was shot multiple times from behind at approximately 11:38
a.m. on May 5. Camden Police responding to a report of a man shot arrived at the corner of Louis and Chase streets to find the victim lying near the intersection. Horsey was transported to Cooper
University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 4:38 p.m.

Investigation indicates Horsey got into a fistfight with another man. It is alleged that, while the two
were fighting, the defendant approached on foot, fired a handgun at Horsey and fled on foot.

All persons charged with criminal offenses are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a
court of law.
