Camden County Prosecutor Vincent P. Sarubbi and Camden Police Chief Edwin J. Figueroa reported today that a city man was found early today shot to death in a vehicle near 10th & Market streets in Camden, N.J.

A Camden Police officer on routine patrol noticed the vehicle stopped in a no-parking zone and investigated at 4:20 a.m. The officer discovered the victim, Jonathan Rivera, 27, of the Centennial Village apartments in Camden, unresponsive in the driver's seat of a rented Volkswagen. He had been shot in the head and was dead at the scene.

No arrests have been made. The investigation continues. Detectives are investigating the possibility the killing was drug-related.
