Shade Tree Management/Tree Removal
The Camden County Department of Public Works, through the expertise of the County Shade Tree Coordinator, is responsible for ensuring that dead or damaged trees within the county right of way do not pose hazards to the motoring public. In the event a hazard exists, the tree will be removed by the Department of Public Works.The Public Works Shade Tree Coordinator works closely with the Camden County Shade Tree Commission towards the goal of keeping Camden County "green and clean." The Commission sponsors various programs that provide municipal governments and community organizations with shade trees for the community.
