19. Resolution authorizing a substitution to provide funding for the purchase of various public works equipment in the amount of $31,085.00.

20. Resolution authorizing an award of contracts (Bid A-54), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Works), and Penn Jersey Machinery for the purchase of a Loader in an amount not to exceed $173,520.00 - CAF #9900141392.

21. Resolution authorizing an award of contracts (Bid B-5), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Works), and various approved vendors for the furnishing and delivery of maintenance and repair materials to the Charles J. DePalma Complex, Lindenwold for use on various County roadways.

22. Resolution ratifying a contract, and authorizing an amendment to the contract, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Works) and French & Parrello for design services relative to the rehabilitation and construction of the new bridge at State Street and Cooper River in the City of Camden in the amount of $55,534.00 – CAF #9900141364.

23. Resolution authorizing the acceptance, by the County of Camden (Department of Public Works) of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) Regional GIS Implementation & Coordination Grant in the amount of $10,000.00.

24. Resolution authorizing the execution of an Agreement (NJDOT SA-96), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Works), and the NJ Department of Transportation for the FY’09 County Bridge Initiative in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

25. Resolution authorizing a Shared Services Agreement, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Public Works) and the Borough of Audubon, for the provision of traffic safety devices to be installed along Hopkins Avenue (CR 647), in an amount not to exceed $24,000.00 – CAF #9900141267.

26. Resolution amending Resolution #21, adopted June 19, 2008 to correct the funding amount awarded by the U.S. Federal Highway Administration.

27. Resolution authorizing County consent to Ordinance #1219 adopted by Haddon Township.
