Resolutions proposed by or on behalf of Freeholder Cream

1. Resolution authorizing a substitution to provide funds for repairs and renovations to the science building at the Pennsauken campus of the Camden County Technical School in the amount of $104,138.00.

2. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to the Solicitation of Quotations, by and between the County of Camden (various County Departments) and Grainger Corp., for the purchase of three (3) cleaning machines and supplies, as well as small tools, hardware, and road crew supplies, in an amount not to exceed $15,026.98 – CAF #’s 9900140426, 9900141045, 9900140948.

3. Resolution ratifying the contracts, by and between the County of Camden (various County Departments) and Frank Mazza & Son, Inc., for the purchase of required items.

4. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-38), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Golden Eagle for the provision of cleaning services at various Camden County facilities in an amount not to exceed $289,621.15 - CAF #9900141207 for $96,540.38. Balance of funds is contingent upon the availability and appropriation of funds in the 2009 temporary and/or permanent budgets.

5. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-42), by and between the County of Camden (Department of Buildings & Operations) and various approved vendors for the provision of laser printer toner cartridges for various Camden County facilities.

6. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (Bid A-51), by and between the County of Camden, (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Spaulding Vending Company for the provision of vending machines at various County locations.

7. Resolution authorizing an award of contract (2nd Yr. option, Bid A-24), by and between the County of Camden (various Departments) and OTIS Elevator Company for the provision of elevator maintenance service at various County locations in an amount not to exceed $146,160.00 – CAF #’s 9900141080, 9900141277, 9900141278, 9900141279. Balance of funding is contingent upon the availability and appropriation of funds in the 2009 temporary and/or permanent budgets.

8. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, by and between the County of Camden, (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Network Cabling Inc., (State Contract A-42299) for the supply and installation of fiber optic cable and accessories required for telecommunications and data systems, in an amount not to exceed $50,686.00 – CAF #9900141288.

9. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Max Spann Auctions Co., for the provision of auctioneering services for the public sale of land.

10. Resolution authorizing an award of contract, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Verizon for a PRI Circuit for the VOIP System to be installed in the Camden County Emergency Training Center in an amount not to exceed $21,420.00 for 36 months/$595 per month – CAF #9900140890 for $2,975.00. Balance of funding is contingent upon the availability and appropriation of funds in the 2009, 2010, and 2011 temporary and/or permanent budgets.

11. Resolution authorizing a Change Order No. 2, by and between the County of Camden, (Department of Buildings & Operations) and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Company for the provision of labor, equipment and materials relative to the emergency elevator replacement project, in an amount not to exceed $24,115.00 – CAF #9900141269.

12. Resolution authorizing a Change Order No. 1, (Bid A-29) by and between the County of Camden, (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Allan Briteway Electrical Contractors, Inc., for the supply and installation of wiring and cabling for the security system devices and cameras being installed at the Camden County Justice Complex, for an increase of $43,850.00 – CAF #9900141300.

13. Resolution authorizing the sale, by online auction, of various vehicles and equipment that are no longer needed for public use by the County of Camden pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36.

14. Resolution amending an Agreement, pursuant to a publicly advertised Request For Proposals, by and between the County of Camden (Department of Buildings & Operations) and Land Dimensions Engineering for the provision of additional services relative to engineering evaluation report services, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13.5 for the public sale of land, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00 - CAF #9900141373.

15. Resolution amending Resolution #6, adopted December 20, 2007, to correct effective date of agreement and authorizing citation.

16. Resolution amending Resolution #8, adopted May 15, 2008, due to an incorrect authorizing citation.

17. Resolution appointing and reappointing members to the Lakeland Long Range Planning Committee.

18. Resolution approving personnel actions requested by or on behalf of Freeholder Cream.
