The Overdose Prevention Act provides an opportunity for those in a position to help and assist someone during an overdose by administering Naloxone. The law eliminates civil and criminal liability to anyone who administers Naloxone.       Salvatore Marchese passed away and was taken suddenly on September 23, 2010. In his memory, an Educational Fund was created fro his son, Salvatore W. Marchese II. In conjunction with TOPAC, family and friends are holding a Softball Tournament on May 11th, 2019. The proceeds from this tournament will go directly towards the Salvatore W. Marchese II Educational Fund; two Salvatore Marchese Scholarships at Sterling High School, and also to a non-profit organization in the local area.
