Pakistan-American Society Dinner Honors county and state leaders
The Pakistan-American Society hosted a dinner on January 21 to honor elected officials in South Jersey. The dinner was held at Voorhees Township Hall, Lions Lake Park, Voorhees. A large number of area residents, including members from diverse communities as well as residents from Cherry Hill and neighboring counties also attended the event, hosted by Aqil Khan, president of the Pakistan-American Society. State Senate President Stephen M. Sweeney, Camden County Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. , State Senators Donald Norcross and James Beach, and State Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt were among those honored at the event.
