(Camden, NJ) – To help in the fight against identity theft, the Camden County Freeholder Board is sponsoring a shredding day for Camden County residents wanting to destroy documents containing personal information.
Free document shredding will be offered on May 19, from 8:30 am to 12:30 p.m. Industrial size shredder trucks will be in the parking lot of Camden County College’s Blackwood Campus, located at College Drive and Peter Cheeseman Road in Gloucester Township, to destroy private documents while residents watch.
“This is a great opportunity to shred the personal documents that we all save rather than throw in the trash and run the risk of identity theft,” said Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr.
For residents only, no businesses accepted. This is a rain or shine event. For more information, visit www.camdencounty.com.
