Resume Help

Your resume should provide a brief summary of your abilities, education, experience, and skills. It should be properly formatted with NO errors in spelling or grammar! A resume has the task of convincing potential employers to contact you. A resume has one purpose: to get you a job interview! Resumes must do their work quickly. No employer or personnel officer spends more than thirty seconds skimming a resume for potential candidates. You need to capture their attention quickly and convey that you are capable and competent enough to be worth interviewing.

Do You Know Any Displaced Public Employees?

The Camden County One Stop was awarded $750,000 to address the large number of public sector workers who lost their jobs, particularly in our urban center. We must use these funds specifically for workers dislocated from state, county, and municipal agencies. Our agency is prepared to assist dislocated public sector workers in identifying new employment opportunities through training for labor demand occupations and entrepreneurship. We are also equipped in offering intensive reemployment support services for those in need. These funds must be expended before June 30, 2012.
