On-The-Job Training Programs

On-the-job training or (OJT) is a program where the One-Stop Career Center can provide remuneration directly to an employer for an employee. We recognize that some classroom trainings will not capture exactly what an employer needs an employee to know. The OJT program works like a wage subsidy for a specified training period. Based on the skills needed for a job the One-Stop Career Center can reimburse an employer for 50% of the hourly rate received for up to six months.
